Hi, Even though I'm using the feed url of a report (my tickets) that does not include closed tickets, when I update the feed, it seems that once a ticket displays in the reader it won't go away even after it's closed.
I've tried this with liferea and akregator on ubuntu with the same result. Curiously FireFox's Live Bookmarks DOES NOT show the closed tickets.
