Hi and thx :) The macro almost did it. What I wanted was also to be able to explore the page include, kindda like a browser inside the Trac (is that what is called a frame?). So I could actually include www.google.com and do all my surfing while still having my mainnav and sidebar. But it's proberbly not so likely that it possible i get the feeling :S. But thx for the help anyways.
