Hi and thx :)

The macro almost did it. What I wanted was also to be able to explore
the page include,
kindda like a browser inside the Trac (is that what is called a
frame?).
So I could actually include www.google.com and do all my surfing while
still having my mainnav and sidebar.
But it's proberbly not so likely that it possible i get the
feeling :S.
But thx for the help anyways.

Kind regards
