Hi, In the BitNami Trac Stack trac-admin is located in <yourinstallationdirectory>/trac/Scripts. Also you can go to the Start Menu and look for BitNami Track Stack --> Use BitNami Trac Stack. A windows console will be open loading the BitNami environment. Trac, Subversion, and python executables will be in the path so you just need to type 'trac-admin' to execute it. On Windows 7 you will likely need to open this console click with the right mouse button and selecting 'run as administrator'.
