I think I'm already doing that by setting up new repositories with the --inherit switch... they're certainly picking up the global config but underlying problem is that I don't know where on the server common/ trac_banner.png should be. As below, I know there's a copy in There's a copy in /usr/lib/python2.5/site-packages/Trac-0.11.6-py2.5.egg/trac/ htdocs/ but presumably I don't modify that one but somehow have to extract those files elsewhere and then tell TRAC to use the extracted and modified files instead of the ones inside the .egg.
