I have a graphviz plot that I would like to be processed by other than dot. Specifically, I want connections between clusters of plots as provided by fdp. All the graphviz programs (dot, neato, twopi, circo fdp) take the same command line options. So it 'should' be a matter of being able to specify the program, with dot being the default.
