I do not have anything for base_url.
Before doing this could you let me know,
1) will this change be reflected on the emails (and not on the tickets
themselves shown on the browser as they look fine)
2) do we need to restart the trac daemon for the changes to reflect

I'm fairly new to trac and we took over a client which uses trac
widely and so I'm not familiar with the setup.
