Hi,

Thanks for this info Ismael, gives us better insight into how to actually
attach something.

Also, brings up this question....as you can see from the actual code, the
realm for the attachment is 'ticket', In our case, this would be something
else, possibly 'release'

attachment = Attachment(env, 'ticket', ticket.id)

Can something of that sort be done. I have always seen realms restricted to
either 'wiki' or 'ticket'.
