Only for Trac Graphviz plugin ;o)

AFAICR it's `cache_min_count`; however, if you have installed TracIni
plugin you can take a look at `graphviz` section. AFAICR there you'll
find all the options as well as summary (useful since it *seems* they
are not documented :-/ ).
