No, the wiki upgrade knows to leave WikiStart alone for exactly this
reason.

It's too hard that to do dump of WikiStart before upgrade, you can
simple forget about it or something else.
Redirect plugin not suitable because [[redirect(...)]] is written at
WikiStart.
