trac.edgwell.org is using trunk revision 9466 which is Trac 0.12dev. You will have to "upgrade" to that version, but it is considered unstable since it's being developed. Advice: wait until Trac 0.12 is released if your site is used for critical projects, otherwise follow the instructions in http://trac.edgewall.org/wiki/TracInstall.
