At http://trac.macports.org/ there is MacPorts' trac site, managing tickets for 
its ports.

The bug tracker works fine, but lacks automagical CCing of the ticket content 
to the port maintainer(s).

I wonder how one could set this feature up...

The ticket contains actually the name of the port, using that trac could 
determine who is registered as the maintainer(s) of the port in question. These 
should then be automatically added to the CC:-list.

Neither have I access currently to MacPorts' trac, nor any experience setting 
up trac, but I do want to gather some knowledge on how to configure this 
properly. I have found on trac's wiki that the workflow for ticket handling can 
be defined in a rather detailed manner, so I hope that the above can be set up 
as well.
