On wiki pages, I usually include images that have been attached to the
same wiki page as:
[[Image(siabb4.png)]]
without the wiki page name. This has partly been to ease the problem of
renaming pages. It is also easy to read.
When I choose to see the page as Printable HTML, the page looks correct
with images as expected. However, then I try PDF Book or PDF Article,
the images are not present. How must I specify the image names to make
them show up in PDF docs?
