If you were talking about RepositoryHookSystemPlugin then private
states would mean multiple custom labels and actions . So, basically
two workarounds :
- Add extension points in TicketUpdater match => action
- Do this in a separate extension (i.e. by implementing
`IRepositoryHookSuscriber` in a separate plugin)
