If I rename a milestone in Trac 0.11.6, then try to open a ticket I get a "Error: Invalid Milestone Name" and "Milestone Foo does not exist." The ticket isn't associated with the milestone.

Sometime it seems I need to wait up to 10 minutes before any ticket can be opened. Is this normal?
