Not really. I use 0.11.7 and the three always_notify_... options are
all true. So I always get emails if I'm reporter, owner or updater.
And this is ok. But I don't want to get emails of my own actions.

So if I create a ticket, I don't want to get an email. But if someone
changes this ticket, then I want to be informed.
And if I change a ticket, I don't want to get an email. But if later
on someone changes the ticket again, then I want to be informed.

How can I do that?
