I'm working on improving project management in Trac. To me the two
vital things are task scheduling and a decent Gantt. Beyond that, a WBS
page would be nice but that's down the road.

I've made good progress on a scheudler. It relies on a "Task" interface
which wraps tickets with methods to get estimate, percent complete, due
date, owner, etc. It occurs to me that a Gantt needs many of the same
types of data. My plan is to finish an 0.9-quality scheduler than turn
to beating a Gantt into working with my Task interface. It will likely
be months before I'm there.
