Hi,

We are using Trac for our small courier company's website, ordering
system and dispatching system (couriers will use the ticket workflow
via smartphones).

Basically, based on the order information entered by the client...
postal codes in combination with service-level, we'd like to give them
a quote. I could do this quite easily in excel of course with the use
of vlookup/hlookup... but we'd like to get it working somewhere in the
ordering (ticket) system so that it does not have to be done
independently/separately.

I tried to dig around through plugins and such for a bit... but I'm a
total newbie to all of this, just trying to get us a nice system going
for work.

Could someone maybe outline my options ?
