Unfortunately not yet, it's one of the most requested feature and
we're seriously considering working on this for Trac 0.13.
I hope that also includes making Milestones first-class objects with
history like tickets.
That's orthogonal, but yes, it's also something in line with what we
want to do. No idea if it will be for 0.13, though ;-)
