Hello Sneha, when using TracPeek for the first time, it starts up in configuration mode. After providing the Trac environment's URL, user and password press the little gear wheel icon (second from left) to leave the config mode.
At this point the tickets of the logged-in user should be retrieved from the server and appear in the list view.
