Thank you for the help. It actually turns out that the Collabnet- Extras RPM was good but the proper .so files were not getting lost. After getting a bit of help from a C-savvy coworker, we figured out that adding the collabnet library path to the system library paths fixed the issue. Thanks again for pointing me in the right direction!
