Yes, I'm talking about ticket comments and I'm using Trac 0.12. Well, I've
tried
viewing it on firefox and chrome.
And I'm using {{{}}}}'s.

The only time I have to horizontally scroll for comment content is if its in
{{{
}}}'s. Otherwise, it automatically wraps.
