Hi all, This is the second of my feature requests/suggestions for the ticket view page.
In the list of attachements for a ticket, I would like to include a "Download" link next to the link which takes you to the attachment's page. At the moment, I have to go to a ticket, wait for the page to load, click on the attachement link, wait for that page to load, click on "Download in original format", deal with the save box, click on the "Back" browser button to return to the ticket page... When having to do this over and over again, it gets rather annoying. How can I modify the ticket view page such that the list of attachments includes links to the download URL for each of them? I should say my knowledge of Python is limited so examples would be very useful.
