Is there somewhere I can control what ticket status values are linked to the Timeline checkbox for 'Ticket status'?
I have added some custom workflow, with a 'testing' status, and I would like anything changed to 'testing' to show up in Timeline when the 'Ticket status' checkbox is selected. Surely this has been asked before and I just can't find the answer. I searched this group for "timeline workflow" an didn't find anything helpful.
