Hi list, I noticed that when I use trac console applications (e.g. trac-admin), it sometimes auto-detects the locale of the OS, and uses the appropriate Trac locale. This is usually a good thing, I guess, but I use a console that displays question marks when confronted with Hebrew characters, which makes using the console applications somewhat challenging...
Is there a way to make the console application ignore the OS locale and use the default English one?
