doesn't seem to work and I have to use an explicit one:

default_query=?status=new&status=accepted&status=assigned&

min_query_length = 3

I expect when I go to "View Tickets" to see all not closed tickets ordered by ticket Id. Instead I see all not closed tickets ordered by Priority. Am I doing something wrong?

I would also like to remove the column "Milestone" and in its place put "Ticket date". How could I do that?
