I'm at a loss as to why this is happening. I installed the defaultcc plugin and all of a sudden this error occurred. I have tried restarting all of the services to no avail. I have disabled ALL plugins in the trac.ini to see if that would help, and nothing is working. this is just a prototype installation, so I can create a new one if necessary, but I'd like to understand why this happened so that i can avoid it in the future. This is a Windows 2007 bitNami 11.6 installation. The only other plugins in play were blackmagictweaks and customfieldadmin. Thanks in advance. Sue
