yes , you still need to write Genshi templates *IF* needed (see PyTpp,
PyDotOrg & TracMacThemes ;o) .

This reasoning is redundant . In the end , if you need to change Trac
GUI layout you write a custom Genshi template , but the recommended
way to install these changes in a site is by using ThemeEnginePlugin
(rather than overwriting Trac built-in template).

I mean , we both are right , but you should consider ThemeEngine .
