I get the following in a trac 0.12 system:

2010-12-07 13:43:11,811 Trac[loader] ERROR: Skipping "tracjsgantt = 
tracjsgantt": (can't import "ImportError: No module named 
estimationtools.utils")

I have installed timingandestimationplugin (whatever the current one is)
and done the updates it requires. That plugin seems to be in place.

Perhaps the missing bit is elsewhere?
