Ary, Please check tracd -h for some help with the options to run Trac. You need the -e option to run multiple Trac instances from one tracd: tracd -e c:\Trac\ when using the example of Nicole below.

Refer to the TracEnvironment documentation at: http://trac.edgewall.org/wiki/0.12/TracEnvironment. If you set up your first project/environment under C:\trac\project1 then you'd create your next one something like: $ trac-admin C:\trac\project2 initenv Configure it as you did your first environment.
