Hi,
normally when you give the permission "TICKET_APPEND" user can attach
file or comment to tickets. My problem is that even with this permission
users of a certain project cannot see the checkbox with the label "I
have files to attach to this ticket" below the ticket. I search on
Internet, also in this mailing list, but i don't found anything useful.
In this project i use a lot of custom fields in ticket. It's possibile
that the large amount of custom fields enlarges too much the area for
ticket so the checkbox is present on the page but is covered?
