Hi all, I just moved my source code from file:///level1/level2/proj to
file:///level1/level2/level3/proj as part of an overall consolidation

However, now when I did a trac-admin repository resync '*', is results
in a single revision. I assume when it did the repo sync it stopped
when it found that the directory had a different name. But shouldn't
it follow the move to pull all the history before the change? Is this
an expected result?

This is an expected result, yes. This corresponds to the http://trac.edgewall.org/ticket/3470 defect.
If so, is there a patch or a way to keep the resync following changes
in the path name of the SVN path?

Not yet, but there's a "plan" about how to do it, explained in that ticket.
