Hello, I've just been setting up notifications in Trac and I was wondering if there was a way of only sending notification when the owner of a ticket changes?
At the moment I've set 'always_notify_owner = true' but then I recieve an email everytime a change is made. We'd basically just like to use the notification to let developers know they have a new\reassigned case.
