It would help us to help you if you could give a little more background.
For example, what platform are you on (windoze, *nix, mac), what version
is your trac, is trac already installed by someone previously, etc.

How much of the documentation at http://trac.edgewall.org/wiki/TracGuide
have you read?  If your can log in to any of your own trac instances
then some of the docs are also available on your own site's wikis...
