Andy Baker , Thank you for your comment.

I use an username boo in centOS.

(( httpd.conf ))
User webuser
Group webgroup

 # ls -l /var | grep tracbird
  drwxr--r--+  6 webuser webgroup 4096 tracbird
 # getfacl /var/tracbird
  getfacl: Removing leading '/' from absolute path names
  # file: var/tracbird
  # owner: webuser
  # group: webgroup
  user::rwx
  group::--x                      #effective:---
  group:boo:r--
  mask::r--
  other::r--
 # ls -l /usr/share | grep trac
  drwx--x--x   3 root root  4096  trac

Then I tried to change the permissions.

 # cd /usr/share
 # setfacl -m g:webgroup:r-x trac
 # setfacl -m u:webuser:r-x trac
 # getfacl /var/tracbird
  getfacl: Removing leading '/' from absolute path names
  # file: var/tracbird
  # owner: webuser
  # group: webgroup
  user::rwx
  group::--x                      #effective:---
  group:boo:r--
  mask::r--
  other::r--

But I couldn't.
Do I have any mistakes in these commands or other ploblems?
