If you go under ticket-workflow in the trac.ini that is where your states are 
listed.   And I think you can change them there.

But just be aware that I don't think it will automatically change what was 
previously entered or set.  You might want to just run a quick test.

name)

Trying to determine the possibility of capitalizing the first letter
of a States' name.  For example, "new" becomes "New", "assigned"
becomes "Assigned", "closed" becomes "Closed", etc.  I am asking for a
feature similar to the ".name" attribute that can be used on an
operation - I just want to use it for a State (Status).
