I also have a small installation with just a handful of users and very few plugins. Good point on the plugin compatibility, I guess I just have to test all needed plugins with 0.13. However, one question is left: How did you migrate to 0.13? Or was it a fresh installation? I can't find infos on the Trac site on how to migrate from 0.11 to 0.13.
