Hi,
Due to spam.
Would like to have all new ticket created by
authenticated email, from php form.
How can I limit authenticated users to view only their own tickets,
created from above?
I then want to the a slightly higher level authenticated member? to be
able to view all tickets. But only change those assignedTo\owned by
them. With all other actions limited to members of Admin.
Relevant areas of userguide?
