If you want the commit ticket updater to be called, you must set up the post-commit hook as explained in: http://trac.edgewall.org/wiki/TracRepositoryAdmin#ExplicitSync I'm surprised your commits get referenced at all. Are you sure you don't have a stale ticket updater from 0.11? -- Remy
