I haven't been able to find any information on this topic. Is it possible to use data from ticket history for report or query purposes. For example, can I find the last owner of a ticket or if a ticket had ever been in a certain state in it's history?
I ask because I'm looking to develop some metrics based on Trac data beyond just the usual opened, closed, age sorts of things. Any pointers to information would be greatly appreciated. Mike Klein
