Hi All, I'm using Spam Filter plugin right now. I found there are some false rejects. They are actually real tickets. Is there a way I can put them back into active ticket list? Under monitor menu, I only have Mark selected as spam, mark selected as ham, delete selected, delete selected as spam and delete selected as ham options. Did I miss anything? Thanks.
