Hi all, I'm working up some metrics for my organization from our Trac data. It would be useful to be able to associate closed tickets to a person (i.e., the "closer") and then to an organization. I think the "previous owner" would make a fine proxy for "closer". Does anyone know how I can get the "previous owner" data into a report?
