I've released TracBlockdiagPlugin 0.5.0. Please use it instead. blockdiag 0.8.9 has a problem, it crashes when no font is specified and anti-alias flag is specified. This is the reason why TracBlockdiagPlugin did not works. Now, you can specify font in the trac.ini. Please see README for detail.
