I've gotten this before, and I seem to recall that it was caused by
tickets which were missing one of the fields this plugin is configured
to use.  If you, for example, have any tickets which were created
before you added a start date custom field, you'll need to go back
through and add the fields to old tickets.  This plugin doesn't deal
well with missing fields.

That fix, BTW, is easy to do with the batchmodify plugin.  You search
for fields where start or end are empty, and then use batchmodify to
set both fields to an empty value.  That adds the fields into the
tickets.  There's also a way to do it with an sqlite query, documented
on the page that explains custom fields.  IIRC.
