Thanks for your reply. actually i have restarted apache service quite a few time but it hasnt still appeared up.
i have apache 2.2.20, svn 1.6.17 and trac 0.12 running on windows server. i have also checked the permission_policy under trac.ini and included authzpolicy but that didnt help either. As a trac-admin i should be able to see browse source button but still no luck. any other ideas please?
