There's a vim plugin for Trac (please Google for it ... ;) . AFAICR it relies on XMLRPC interface so I suppose you should have this plugin installed and enabled . I tried it once upon a time and it worked pretty well . Another option is to use a fully featured command line browser lynx ;) Is this ok for you ?
