I actually managed to fix the issue myself. Obviously posting all the facts here, helped me to better focus on the actual problem.
I did the following: 1) Remove all repositories from the trac project (I had my repository plus a "(default)" repository) 2) Add the repository again with trac-admin, this time explicitely giving it the type "svn" 3) Remove repository path from trac.ini I still have another problem which I am going to post here later (can"t see trac menues anymore) -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Trac Users" group.
