There is not additional configuration for Windows systems, at least
not in the BitNami Trac Stack.

The steps are the following (notice that this is general for a
configuration of Trac with Apache Basic configuration).

* Create the Trac user (http://trac.edgewall.org/wiki/TracPermissions):

- Go to the Trac Admin interface and login as an administrator user.
If you used BitNami you should have been prompted for an user to be
created and his password.
- Go to the admin panel --> general --> permissions.
- Fill the "Grant Permission:" or "Add Subject to Group:" form. The
subject would be the new user. In the "Grant Permission" form you can
add one by one already created permissions, while with the "Add
Subject to Group:" the new user will inherit permissions from an
existing group (for instance authenticated users)

* Add a new user in the password file
(http://trac.edgewall.org/wiki/TracModWSGI#ConfiguringAuthentication)

- Open a Windows command prompt and execute the following (substitute
"C:\Program Files\BitNami Trac Stack" with the installation directory
you selected:

"C:\Program Files\BitNami Trac Stack\apache2\bin\htpasswd.exe" -b
"C:\Program Files\BitNami Trac Stack\apps\trac\htpasswd" your_new_user
new_user_password
