As far as I know... there isn't one.  It depends on which backend you are 
using.  The default SQLite backend stores all its data under the environment 
folder, so you simply need to stop whatever is serving your Trac and delete the 
folder.

If you use e.g. PostgreSQL then you will also need to drop cascaded the 
environment's database / schema.
