Hello trac users,
I am using Trac 0.12.2 with agilo plugin (scrum) I was trying to add a new ticket type for engineering stories and wanted an engineering backlog, seperate from the Product Backlog. I want to on occassion be able to switch between user stories and engineering stories, and thought this was accomplished by changing the ticket type from User Story to Engineering Story. however, these stories will not show up in the Engineering backlog even though I am pointing to that ticket type. Then I decided I did not like the name of the ticket type and deleted it, however that still shows up under the Actions section: for entering new ticket types. I did remove the Eng. Backlog and all references through the admin tool. But then it appeared that some of my tickets were corrupted and saying there was a conflict with Type having more than one value, even though before I deleted, I changed all the Eng. Stories to User Stories. So am not sure what to do to clean up this bad ticket type from the actions area. I manually removed each of the buggy tickets from the command line. But would like to give adding the ticket type back in another try. I did this previously, now I have double of the earlier problem. Short of deleting my sandbox play area and starting from scratch to test this I don't know what to do. I don't really have alot of time to do that. Has anybody else ran into bugs with this plugin like this for trac. I was originally trying to import tickets via csv import to use for the new ticket type, but none of them would appear under either of the product or eng. backlogs. unless I listed as show planned tickets. I have not assigned any of them to sprints yet during my testing. Thanks! Margie Mackes -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Trac Users" group.
