What do you have your logging options set to?  Go to Admin > General: Logging 
and make sure the Type is 'File' and the Log Level is at least WARNING (but I 
would go all the way to DEBUG).

I would guess that someone has upset your python / server configurationn so 
that the "user" serving Trac can no longer load python subversion bindings...
